Terms:
Rates are based on a 9-6 working day. Rates exclude VAT. Overtime is charged at 20% of the day rate per hour.
Full payment must be made prior to shoot. We do not extend credit or offer delayed payment terms.
All damages to the property must be paid for. Crews must have their own public liability insurance. Floor protection rules must be adhered to. No more than 3 people are allowed on the flat roof at any one time.
External lighting is allowed by prior arrangement. Scrim and spill-kill must be used to prevent disturbance to neighbours.
Homeowners have the right to access and attend the property.
Individuals who behave in a hostile or antisocial manner to other crew, homeowners or neighbours may be asked to leave the property.
